The turbomachine has a compressed air tank (1), and an air-fuel injector (2) for injecting pressurized air-fuel mixture into a combustion chamber (3). The injected air-fuel mixture realizes the constant volume combustion i.e. isochoric combustion, and the combustion gas release. The combustion chamber is constituted of rotating valves (5) for maintaining the chamber in constant volume during combustion phase. A turbocompressor compresses the injected air in the combustion chamber, independent to the operation of the combustion chamber.
