The installation has a dual flow mechanical ventilation device with a ventilation group (7) insufflating fresh air from exterior of a building into living rooms via a blowing conduit after heating/cooling the air. Another ventilation group extracts air out of technical/wet rooms via an extraction conduit. A reversible thermodynamic device has first and second heat exchangers (1, 8) respectively arranged on the blowing and extraction conduits. A third heat exchanger (9) is placed in the blowing conduit upstream of the second exchanger and connected to a heat source other than extracted air (4). The first and second heat exchangers function as an evaporator/condenser. The third heat exchanger such as water heat exchanger, is connected to the heat source e.g. geothermal sensor (10), solar barrier or heat exchanger on wastewater outlet, by a liquid-coolant circuit (17).
