The system has measurement computers (12-18) respectively determining measurement data representative of a parameter of air around an aircraft. Selection computers (20, 22) select data based on comparison of four data of a data set formed by the measurement data. Each datum of the data set is delivered by a source located on a fuselage of the aircraft. Control computers (24, 26) respectively comprise control units for controlling engines of an aircraft based on the selected data representative of the parameter of air around the aircraft.
