The process of assembling fibrous elements by sewing using a yarn (54), a curved needle hook (56) and a guide wire (58), comprises penetrating the needle hook in the fibrous elements in an inlet point and exiting at an outlet point, placing the yarn through the guide wire into a hollow unit using opening and closure units, exiting the needle hook from the fibrous elements by drawing a loop of yarns, removing the needle hook, re-penetrating the concurrently released needle hook into the fibrous elements, and passing the opening and closure units to an open state. The process of assembling fibrous elements by sewing using a yarn (54), a curved needle hook (56) and a guide wire (58), comprises penetrating the needle hook in the fibrous elements in an inlet point and exiting at an outlet point, placing the yarn through the guide wire into a hollow unit using opening and closure units, exiting the needle hook from the fibrous elements by drawing a loop of yarns, removing the needle hook, re-penetrating the concurrently released needle hook into the fibrous elements, and passing the opening and closure units to an open state so that the needle hook passes through the loop. In a first closed state, the yarn is maintained in the hollow unit, and in a second open state, the yarn is entered and exited in the hollow unit. The guide wire is present to produce the yarn in the hollow unit. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for assembling fibrous elements; and (2) a needle hook for assembling the fibrous elements.
