The spillway has a rotating ring for orienting a wastewater evacuation system, and a water reserve located in a cup, where the cup is maintained by the ring. The ring is equipped with an orientable hinge for facilitating emptying of the cup. A lower passage section facilitates recuperation of the cup content. A screwing system is located in a lower part of the spillway for opening and closing the spillway.
