The device has a ventilated resin outer sphere (1) and a rigid plastic inner sphere independent of each other and rotating on a metal axle (17). The inner sphere receives a to-be-moved load via an opening of a lid of the inner sphere. The axle is connected to an aluminum carriage (2) provided with shoulder strips. An aluminum junction part (3) is articulated on a hinge (10), and a fastener is articulated on another hinge (11). The fastener surrounds a bent bar in a belt (4) tightened around waist of a person pulling the device.
