The device has a female piece (2) including a hooking unit e.g. hooking leg (3), on its outer surface. The hooking unit is hooked on a male piece (1) when the male and female pieces are coupled with each other. The male piece is coupled in the female piece by locking, where locking of the male and female pieces is realized by elastic deformation produced by one of the pieces. The female piece is provided with a deformable neck (6) co-operating with a flange (5), so as to block the male piece in the female piece.
