The device (1) has a flexible tubular sleeve (2) comprising an end fixed on a tubular end piece of a ventilating case, and another end (6) fixed on an end of a duct or a coupler associated to the duct. An elastomer ring seal (9) having a U-shaped section defines an inner space (13) delimited between an inner branch (11) and an outer branch (10), where the seal is fixed on an end of the sleeve. A rigid collar (21) has a diameter corresponding to a diameter of the sleeve, where the collar is engaged in the inner space of the seal.
