The device has pads (9) connected to removable, extended or non extended, parallel sloping plates (1) to provide a sloping form of the plates to a joint in order to avoid overflow of a mortar during installation of a masonry block (3) and an angle block on the extended joint of the mortar. The device slides on the blocks, a foundation/concrete floor in front or rear side and horizontally except a single usage gauge when a user finishes filling and leveling of the mortar between the plates by a tool chosen by the user.
