The process of preparing red, pink and white appetizer wine obtained from a wort such as non-concentrated grape juice, comprises incorporating ingredients vanilla sugar, vanilla beans, dry citrus fruit skin or a mixture including sugar, cinnamon or ginger and strong alcohols during its break time, flowers extracts, red fruits or citrus/tropical fruits to the wort. The wort is concentrated by heating up to 40-60[deg] C.
