The method comprises depositing a coating consisting of a composition comprising a filmogen compound, a hardener and anti-icing and/or defrosting product on the piece that is not covered with ice, and removing the anti-icing and/or defrosting product from the coating by rupture. The filmogen compound is phenolic resin. The anti-icing and/or defrosting product is present in the form of polymeric capsules coated with anti-icing and/or defrosting liquid.
