Electromagnetic radiation i.e. infrared radiation, detecting device for use in thermal imagery field, has logical block determining state of switch during integration time by cumulated sequential addition of capacities of two capacitors
The device has a logical block comprising a comparator (21) referenced to a voltage source (VREF) whose output is connected to a logical OR gate (23) and a memory element (22) i.e. reset-set latch, for controlling opening or closing of a switch (S1). A reset element is fixed with the switch by the element and the gate. The block determines a state of the switch during integration time by cumulated sequential addition of capacities of a capacitor (14) and an additional capacitor (24) and smallest integration capacity necessary for formation of output voltage lower than or equal to the source.
