Photo makeup of human keratin materials, comprises: (a) applying at least one layer of heat stable photorevelation composition on the keratin material, (b) applying a second composition to the first then mechanical protection material for photo makeup, and (c) carrying out the photo makeup before or after the step (b), by revealing or selectively deleting the layer of heat stable photorevelation composition, and the second composition covering areas thus revealed or deleted.
