The console has a light support structure (11) comprising two side posts and a rear wall and positioned around a passenger seat (81) to accommodate an operator. A removable screen block (12) includes a touch screen fixed on upper parts of the side posts in order to allow the operator to face a variable inclination with respect to the vertical. A removable unit connects the block to sensors and measurement/remote detection equipments of a mission system. The structure is made of light metal such as titanium, plastic or composite materials.
