Combination (I) comprises at least one sirtuin inhibitor with at least one xanthic base ACTIVITY : Dermatological; Muscular-Gen. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Sirtuin (SIRT) inhibitor. The ability of (I) to inhibit the endogenous synthesis of sirtuin 1 was tested in epidermal cells (keratinocytes). The result showed that the extract of native extract of baobab fruit and an extract of Hibiscuscalyces (50/50) at a concentration of 0.008% (a few thousandths of a percent) reduced the expression of a SIRT-1 of epidermal cells (keratinocytes) to 55%.
