The device has an annular joint (12) whose radial section comprises an internal positioning flange in a shape of water drop to be placed between two consecutive rings of a bellow tube. An external receiving groove allows an assembly of the annular joint around a bore. A series of sealing and positioning lips is cooperated with the positioning flange and the receiving groove in order to guarantee sealing against air and water between a tube (11) and a structure of a road manhole or an inspection/connection box (1), where the bore is sectioned in the structure.
