The device has an anchorage body (9) i.e. bushing, integrated in a plane surface (3), and a fixing body i.e. screw, cooperating with the anchorage body. A plastic maintaining plate cooperates with the fixing body and a bottom (5) for permitting the integration of a partially closed hollow element (2) to the surface. A locking body is associated to a locking ring, and permits immobilization of the fixing body and the maintaining plate with respect to each other and the immobilization of the fixing and locking bodies and the maintaining plate on the hollow element. An independent claim is also included for a channeling device comprising a tubular wall.
