The installation (1) has a platform mounted over a base, and equipped with a seat element (6) and an access. The access permits a person sat on the seat element to take support on the base through his legs. Rollers are interposed between the platform and the base. The rollers are displaced along a bent rolling or guiding path of the base under the support action exerted by the person on the base so as to permit to-and-fro displacement based on the balance of the platform with respect to the base. The rollers are carried by the platform.
