The panel (1) has a square metal sheet (10) with an embrittlement zone situated inside fixation zones i.e. sides, where the panel is of square, rectangle/circular shape. Each zone is defined by orifices i.e. bores, where each orifice is housed in a rigid spacer e.g. cylindrical flangless ring (4). Spacer height (h) larger than that of the orifice corresponds to an compression area of a sealing joint (3) such that an existing gap (j) defines an adjusting degree of integration of the panel with a chamber (20) in associated position of the panel against a chamber opening and before integration. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a chamber comprising an opening (2) a method for fixing a protection panel against a support surface of an opening of a chamber.
