The block (1) has a vertical wall (8) forming a ceramic tile, and extended along periphery of a chaining (2). Upper and lower horizontal walls (9, 10) implement heat insulation of the chaining, where the upper and lower horizontal walls are extended in a support between the chaining and a row of adjacent construction blocks (7) so as to form a peripheral sheath. The upper and lower horizontal walls are formed of a material having thermal conductivity less than thermal conductivity of the adjacent row of construction blocks.
