The support (1A) has a base (2) made of rigid plastic material and comprising an outer face (2A) and an inner face (2B). An external lining (2C) is made of flexible plastic material and integrally and partially connected with the outer face. Maintaining units i.e. maintaining jaws (19, 20), are placed on a side of the inner face of the base, where each maintaining unit maintains a hand tool (7) by a current part and a proximal driving end or a free distal work end. Each maintaining unit is partially formed from the flexible plastic material of the lining. An independent claim is also included for a storage box comprising a storage support.
