The cowl (30) has a front end taking shape of a rod (44), where length of the rod ranges between 50 and 150 mm and average diameter of the rod is lower than 15 mm. The rod comprises an axis (46) parallely merged with a rotation axis (34), where the rod, a nose cone (32) and a back ferrule (36) are arranged from front to rear of the cowl. The rod is made of inconel alloy.
