The repeater (1) has light indicators (2-8) connected to a taximeter (10) by a set of conductors (22-27). The conductors are connected with a control unit (30). The control unit includes a modifying unit e.g. relay (33), for modifying impedance between the conductors for detection of impedance modification by the taximeter. The control unit includes software for elaborating orders of fraction of the indicators from combination of orders transmitted by the conductors to the taximeter.
