The system (2) has a man-machine interface (20) for permitting a user to individually select each country of a region, and a construction module (8) for obtaining a value of a geographical parameter from a list of identifiers of the selected countries. A table (14) associates a predetermined weight to each identifier. The construction module automatically incorporates the identifiers of the region in the value of the geographical parameter when the total weight associated to the identifiers crosses a predetermined threshold.
