The device has a post (1) comprising a recess (11) formed in a middle zone (5) between an element to be supported (2) and a part of a vehicle. The recess is adapted such that the post resists assembling force, and is deformed in a reversible or irreversible manner along a direction of shock force perpendicular to an axis (12) of the post in a manner to be removed from a regulatory shock zone in case of shock. The post is welded to the element at an end, and has a fixation system (4) i.e. clip, at another end to fix the post to the part of the vehicle.
