The piece (22) has a bowl with outer diameter lesser than inner diameter of a perforation i.e. orifice (9), of a glass plate. The bowl is provided to accommodate a head of a fixation screw, and allows the head to rest indirectly on bottom of the bowl. A collar is arranged at periphery of an upper edge of the bowl, and is arranged between the glass plate and a roofing slate (3), where the collar has specific thickness to create an air-space. The piece is made of plastic material such as polyamide. The head of a fixation screw rests indirectly on bottom of the bowl through a Vulca(RTM: synthetic wood veneer) type washer.
