The cloth (1) has a textile (2), and a visibility band (3) including a reflective film ribbon (4) and provided in an external face, where edges of the reflective film ribbon receive a fluorescent fabric ribbon (5). The reflective film ribbon includes a support layer on which resin with small glass beads is adhered. The fluorescent fabric ribbon includes woven or knitted natural or synthetic fibers impregnated with fluorescent pigments. The reflective film ribbon presents micro perforations.
