The assembly has a hollow guide (4) with an end at which a metallic segment (3) is provided, where the metallic segment is housed in a groove. Another metallic segment is provided in a metallic piston (1) that is bolted with the guide to form the assembly, where the assembly is radially maintained on walls of a detachable sleeve (2) pierced by a filling hole. The piston is placed at the end of the hollow guide provided with the former metallic segment.
