The detector has a locking shutter (2) adopting shape of a feeding trough of a strap. A magnetic detector (7) is fixed on a side of a support frame. A flag (9) is integrated to the shutter actuating the detector at a time when the shutter tilts, where the flag comprises a plate that is interdependent of the shutter. The shutter is constituted of a stainless tube forming a rigid framework resistant to corrosive ambient condition, where the shutter is retained by springs.
