A process for the production of granular nanocomposite materials (I) based on nickel and barium titanate (BaTiO 3), involves (a) treatment under vacuum after mixing the powders (Ni and BaTiO 3), (b) removing solvent, (c) crushing the powders and (d) compacting the resulting elements. Independent claims are also included for (1) nanogranular nanocomposite material (I) in which the electrical properties can be controlled by the application of an external magnetic field, or in which the magnetic properties can be controlled by the application of an external electric field (2) microtape line made by the process described above in which the resonance frequency is controlled by the application of an external magnetic field .
