The plastic open or topless vehicle for transport or conveyance over road, land or sea, or building or stadium includes a reflective layer, a suitable lighting arrangement, glowing materials or other means of illumination on all or various sectional surfaces. The plastic may comprises transparent, translucent, tinted translucent, and/or opaque resins in the form of composites, layered panels, walls or component parts. Light emitting diodes (LED) or Organic light emitting diodes (OLED) may be used in the lighting arrangement. The sectional surfaces may be directly or indirectly illuminated. The components may change from one colour to several different shades by the click of a switch. The plastic is preferably a glass fibre reinforced polycarbonate. Complex geometric shapes formed within a reflective layer or skin, or on the opaque, transparent, translucent panels, shell, or hulls in plastic resin base so that when illuminated the reflections may glitter and sparkle as an example of decorative effects, of which may changing the appearances of the products when so desired.
