PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the disclosure of medical record information between medical institutions concerning medical cooperation.SOLUTION: A medical cooperation system includes a first medical cooperation device held by a first medical institution, a second medical cooperation device held by a second medical institution, and a relay device performing communication between the first and second medical cooperation institutions. Disclosure request information including patient identification information is received from the first medical cooperation device. A disclosure level of disclosure to the first medical institution is determined concerning the medical record information of a patient managed by the second medical institution in response to the relation between the patient corresponding to the patient identification information included in the disclosure request information and the first medical institution. Then, a disclosure instruction is generated based on the disclosure level and transmitted to the second medical cooperation device. Disclosure medical record information included in the medical record information of the patient managed by the second medical institution is received from the second medical cooperation device, and the disclosure medical record information is transmitted to the first medical cooperation device.
