PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a flyer delivery service company to entrust an information manager with flyer information, to efficiently transmit flyer information to residents of a building or an apartment that displays "no flyers", at a low cost, and to enable the residents of the building or the apartment to freely select and obtain the flyer information on a home page of a website of the information manager.;SOLUTION: After approving a management company A of a building or an apartment, an information manager C displays "no flyers" on a mail box, and puts up a notice that the information on the flyers and the like are delivered by proxy. The flyer delivery service company D transmits flyer information to the designated information manager C of the building or the apartment. The information manager C discloses the information on a home page E of a web site.
