PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling an operation by using thermometers embedded into blast furnace tuyeres with which in the measured temperatures with the thermometers embedded into the blast furnace tuyeres, the furnace heat-variation and the temperature variation caused by the tuyere-consuming are separated and suitable operational action can be performed based on the separated temperature variation.;SOLUTION: This operational controlling method is performed with the following steps that: a tuyere-unit consuming state controlling step, in which based on the moving-average values in a prescribed term related to the measured temperature in each tuyere-unit, the control of tuyere-consuming state in the tuyere-unit is performed; and a furnace heat-variation state controlling step, in which the difference calculation between the measured temperature at each tuyere and the moving-average value in the prescribed term and a normalization are performed and the average value at a molten iron tapping hole unit as the object from the obtained values at each tuyere unit is obtained and based on this average value, the control of the furnace heat variation state at the molten iron tapping hole unit is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
