PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adaptation to a concrete structure with various cross-sectional dimensions, and to secure workability in transportation, erection or mounting.;SOLUTION: A cross sectional defective member 3 for inducing a crack is disposed in the cross-sectional center of a wall body 2. Cross sectional defective member pieces 5a, 5b and 5c constituting the cross sectional defective member 3 are each formed by applying bending working to a steel plate so that the whole shape can be rectangular and so that mountain and valley portions can repeatedly continue; one longitudinal side edge thereof is provided with a first engaging portion 21; the other longitudinal side edge thereof is provided with a second engaging portion 22. In the cross sectional defective member 3, the cross sectional defective member pieces 5a, 5b and 5c are disposed in such a manner that longitudinal directions are parallel to one another along short-side directions of them; and the second engaging portion 22 is engaged with the first engaging portion 21.
