PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information monitoring system, always acquiring various kinds of biological information pieces on a victim and worker at the front to be monitored even in a place where communication infrastructure environments are not arranged such as a disaster site and a remote work field.;SOLUTION: This biological information monitoring system 1 includes: a biological information transmitter 11 and an analog wireless device 51A which a user X possesses; and a biological information monitoring device 31 and an analog wireless device 51B which a monitor Y operates, wherein the biological information transmitter 11 and the analog wireless device 51A are connected to communicate with each other by a short distance wireless communication 61A, the analog wireless device 51B and the biological information monitoring device 31 are connected to communicate with each other by a short distance wireless communication 61B, and the analog wireless devices 51A and 31B are connected to communicate with each other by analog wirelss communication 62.
