PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for decomposing and removing ozone, which effectively decomposes and removes ozone even under the atmosphere at low ozone density and high humidity and shows an excellent catalytic activity even with less loading of catalyst components for keeping the heat exchanging performance such as heat radiation performance. PSOLUTION: The catalyst for decomposing and removing ozone includes: a support; a first catalyst component, which is at least one of the components selected from the group of at least one metal, alloy of the metal, and alloy of the metal and other metal selected from the group of Co, Ni, Cu, Fe, Sn, Rh, Ir, Pd, Pt, Ag, Au, Ru and Os and in which the surface of the support is coated by electroless plating; and a second catalyst component, which is at least one of the components selected from the group of at least one metal, whose difference in standard electrode potential from the first catalyst component is nobler than 0.3V, alloy of the metal, an alloy of the metal and other metal and in which the surface of the first catalyst component is carried by electroless plating.
