PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution containing a plant component which influences a human body little and sufficiently exerts bactericidal and antibacterial effects.;SOLUTION: Pyroligneous acid generated by dry distillation of low striped bamboo is mixed with water to form an aqueous solution of an extracted-component with a content of 0.1-5.0 wt.%. With a micronization mixing apparatus 1, ozone is mixed into the aqueous solution of an extracted-component and simultaneously ozone is micronized, thus producing the aqueous solution containing the plant component. The micronization mixing apparatus 1 introduces the aqueous solution of an extracted-component supplied to a casing 2 into a rotation room 4 through an introductory way 6 of a micronization block 3 to form a rotation flow and mixes the rotation flow with ozone supplied through an ozone supply-pipe 7. By bombarding the aqueous solution of an extracted-component exhausted from two rotation rooms 4, ozone mixed into the aqueous solution of an extracted-component is micronized to form an aqueous solution containing a plant component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
