PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system 1 for reimbursed expenses, capable of rapidly and accurately paying expenses reimbursed by an employee to the employee while reducing a workload therefor.;SOLUTION: The settlement system 1 for reimbursed expenses includes a server 2, an application computer 3, an authorization computer 4, a cash dispenser 5, and a communication terminal 6. The application computer 3 receives application data which is input by the employee to apply the settlement of reimbursed expenses. The authorization computer 4 receives authorization data for authorization or non-authorization of the application data, which is input by an authorizer. The server 2 transmits, in response to input of the authorization data, a notification mail to the communication terminal 6.
