PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated positive characteristic thermistor with a high withstand voltage and a shorter operation time.;SOLUTION: The laminated positive characteristic thermistor includes first internal electrodes and second internal electrodes which are formed to be electrically connected to first and second external electrodes respectively and at least partially superimposed by holding ceramic layers between them. The combination of the first and second internal electrodes consists of a first group, a second group, and a third group in order from the most outer layer side of a ceramic base body in the thickness direction. In the second group, a thermistor valid part to function as the thermistor is formed by the first internal electrode layer and the second internal electrode layer. In the first group and the third group, one of the first internal electrode layer and the second internal electrode layer is formed, thereby to form a thermistor invalid part not to function as the thermistor is formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
