METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECYCLED AGGREGATE FROM BURNED ASH INCLUDING SCRAP TIRE ASH, AND RECYCLED AGGREGATE PRODUCED THEREBY

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled aggregate which is produced by using burned ash of a fuel including a scrap tire, does not generate form-break during production of a recycled aggregate molding due to hardening retardation, and has a high strength. PSOLUTION: The recycled aggregate is produced by a method comprising the following: an aggregate (pebble (kinky thread)), cement, water, sodium silicate, and aluminum sulfate and/or sodium aluminate are added to and mixed with burned ash formed by burning fuel including a scrap tire by using a fluidized-bed furnace; the resultant mixture is molded by a vibrational pressurizing molding machine; the resultant molded product is cured for one day, then drawn into a yard, and cured for about 1 week; and the resultant cured product is crushed.
