PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling flow passage structure of a gas turbine, a gas turbine, and a method for adjusting the cooling flow passage structure of the gas turbine, finely adjusting a throat area with ease.;SOLUTION: The cooling flow passage structure 64 of the gas turbine includes a plurality of cooling medium flow passages 74 introducing a cooling medium in the rotating direction of a rotor assembly, and cooling medium guide sections 71, 72, 73 partitioning the plurality of cooling medium flow passages 74 from one another. The cooling flow passage structure is composed of a plurality of segments SG having the cooling medium guide sections 71, 72, 73 and shrouds 75. The shape of each one of cooling medium guide sections 71, 72 in at least one segment SG is different from the shapes of the other cooling medium guide sections 73 in the other segments SG.
