PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an electronic apparatus, a method of limiting a torque output of a drive source, and an electronic apparatus which can perform limitation control of a torque output from a drive source at a suitable timing, while reducing a control load.SOLUTION: A PF control part 52 includes a current value calculating part 66 that obtains a current value I flowing to a PF motor 14, a first applied voltage setting part 65 that sets a target speed Vt of the PF motor 14, a rotation speed calculating part 64 that detects a rotation speed Vn of the PF motor 14, a difference calculating part 67 that obtains a difference Vsub by subtracting the rotation speed Vn from the target speed Vt, a torque calculating part 69 that calculates a torque Tr output from the PF motor 14 based on the current value I, and a second applied voltage setting part 71 that reduces a second voltage V2 applied to the PF motor 14 when the torque Tr exceeds a first limit value. The torque calculating part 69 does not calculate the torque Tr when the difference Vsub is less than a difference threshold value KVsub.
