PATENT POWER CALCULATION DEVICE AND OPERATION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent profit calculation device allowing knowledge of correlation between an intellectual property right such as a patent and profit generated by the patent or the like based on patent power calculated according to evaluation technique allowing one-time evaluation of a large number of patents and allowing specification of a causal relationship between evaluation items and economic activity (monopoly exclusive power of a patent).;SOLUTION: A patent power calculation device and an operation method of the same (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No.2009-3727) are previously proposed as a device calculating patent power according to the evaluation technique allowing the specification of the causal relationship with the economic activity (the monopoly exclusive power of a patent).
