PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for increasing the speed in adjusting operation plans, in a system for supporting rescheduling of train operation.SOLUTION: An operation plan generating function 61 of a computer system 100 performs: generating graph data d2 using (pre-adjustment) operation plan information d1 in a diagram data table 41 and a computation link definition table 42 (S1); and outputting (post-adjustment) operation plan information d3 using the graph data d2 by executing multithreaded parallel processing (S2). In generating the graph data d2, each of nodes is provided with arrival and departure time associated with each of routes, trains and stations in the operation plan information, as values. Directed links are provided with differences in time between the two of the plurality of nodes, as weighted values.
