EXPRESSION INHIBITOR OF CELL ADHESION FACTOR IN VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cells of a low-striped bamboo (Sasa veitchi) extract stabilization-treated with copper sulfate, and a medicine having efficacy in gene level, that is, an expression inhibitor of a cell adhesion factor in vascular endotherial cells.;SOLUTION: This expression inhibitor is provided by using the extract of S. veitchi stabilization-treated with copper sulfate, as an active ingredient. The cell adhesin factor is preferably VCAM or ICAM, and further the content (concentration) of sodium copper chlorophyllin in the extract of the S. veitchi stabilization-treated by copper sulfate is preferably 2.3 to 0.23 mg/100 mL. Also, the raw S. veitchi used in the S. veitchi extract production is preferably new leaves and their collecting period is preferably from August to October.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
