PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the participation mechanism of retinoid in diseases and remedy or to clarify a method for screening genes, which receive expression control by retinoid, with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An expression regulating agent is used, which contains retinoid to induce expression of a specific gene and regulates expression of genes of a colony stimulating factor 3 receptor (granulocyte), a thioredoxin interacting protein, an OTU domain containing 7B, a tudor domain containing 5, a kinesin family member 21B, an odd-skipped related 1 (Drosophila), and the like.
