PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cosmetic or phamaceutical composition as a new hair tonic, and, further, for preventing and/or treating male type hair loss, pimples and/or prostate disease.;SOLUTION: The cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition comprises the flower (Kuzu flower) of the Pueraria of the Leguminosae or the extract thereof as an effective component.
