PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep state measuring system being actuated by a simple means based on a subject's intention to measure a sleep state and allowing the subject to easily confirm information for confirming the sleep state, with a tangible recording medium.SOLUTION: This sleep state measuring system 100 includes: a sleep state measuring device 1 to which a biosensor 20 is connected; a first personal computer 30 connected to the sleep state measuring device 1; and a second personal computer 50 which is connected to the first personal computer 30 by an electric communication line L and to which a printer device 60 is connected. The sleep state measuring device 1 is provided with a start command means B2 which commands to start a processing of a biosignal, a stop command means B3 which commands to stop the processing of the biosignal, and a printing command means B4 which commands the second personal computer to print the measured biosignal to paper 61 provided in the printer device 60 via the first personal computer 30.
