PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use only natural materials in order to build an excellent resource saving healthy dwelling house; and to achieve forest conservation and reduction in the unit price of dwelling house by making effective use of a thinning material.;SOLUTION: Simplification of a foundation and reduction of construction cost are achieved by using ready-made concrete blocks. Simplification of upper structure assembly and reduction of construction cost are accomplished by using factory processed goods and using glued laminated wood only for panels and plates. Reduction in a chemical substance in an industrial product is carried out by using a thinning material. Cut in building maintenance cost is realized by the use of ground heat and the creation of heat insulation air space, and recycling of resources after demolition is achieved by not using hardware except for anchor bolts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
